Ugh.

I think I need something to do with my free time! I'm not working at the moment and taking full advantage of it.. its the first time I havent had to work since I was like.. 15! Buuuttttt... thats coming to an end soon cuz we definately cant afford to live with Davids income all winter. (I'm totally milking it for now!) Kadence is fun to hang out with and all.... but I need a hobby! :0) Any ideas?

Mmkay.. I know.. I need to update WAY more often! The only time I get is after Kadence goes down for bed at night. Ugh. Anywho... whats new in this household? Hmm.. a lot I'm sure- but I'm gonna bet I cant think of anything to write! Isnt that how it works? :0)

Okay.. so my kid is a monster! Yeah.. no lie. She doesnt sit still, is into EVERYTHING and is starting to throw hissy-fits! Woo hoo. not. In this house we call her "Hurricane Kadence". Enough said!!! I keep saying that by the time she actually SITS DOWN... I'm gonna weigh 80 pounds! I mean.. having to run around after her ALL.DAY.LONG is not so much fun- but (not to 'toot my own horn') I guess its helped me lose 7 1/2 pounds in the last couple months. Yay! That part feels good.. but I'm so exhausted at the end of the day... I get SOOO excited for it to be bed time for her! Ha. Is that awful? I dunno... I just feel SO FREE when she's sleeping! Ha.

Here are a few pics from a photo shoot we had in my moms front yard. Kale is getting SO big! He's almost as tall as Kadence and he's only 3 months old. They are VERY close to the same shoe size, too! And its not that Diggy is small for her age... she's actually in the 80th and 90th percentile for weight and height... Kale is just over the charts! He's gonna be ONE.BIG.BOY!! Bravo to Gina for giving birth to a kid the size of a 3 year old! Hahaha.

Quick Question..

One quick question to anyone who has any idea..

I quit nursing 6 days ago and my boobs have been just fine.. but today they are like fricken rock hard and insanely painful. How long does this shit last? And are there any easy things to do to make it better!?

ONE YEAR!

Sooo.. we celebrated Diggys first bday today at our house.. our SMALL, SMALL house! Wow! Its amazing how small your house becomes once you have 20 people standing in it! Ha. Anywho.. the day was a success- thank you to everyone who didnt get her insanely annoying toys.. and I guess, thank you to those who did, too! :0) Hehee. I appreciated all the help and I just cant beleive its all over! My little baby.. well, TODDLER now, is ONE! I'm sad, yet happy and I think we did pretty well this first year. I dont have any pictures yet- but I'll soon add them... Heres a pic for now that Gina took the other day at my moms.

I just HAD to add this picture to my blog. My little lady is going to be ONE YEAR in 3 days! Holy Crap! This pic was taking when me and David stayed overnight at Grand Superior for our anniversary. Shay and Taylor babysat and took her to Uncle Tanners first football game of the year. She's wearing Tan's baseball wind-jacket. I just this pic is killer..

Kadence is SOOO close to walking! She'll do like.. 3-8 or so steps at a time now.. but doesnt wanna do it all the time! I know she could walk NO prob.. but she's just a lazy bum! :0) Oh well- she'll do it when she feels the need.

Sorry.. I keep thinking of things going on right now. We've been so freakin' busy lately, it feels like. We started our 'biggest loser' family edition yesterday. My mom, David, Grama Houle, Grampa Houle, Gina and myself are doing this total weight loss competition. I have a huge feeling that Gina, David or my grampa is gonna win this, though. Just cuz Gina has the baby weight to lose (and.. she's nursing) and it seems like boys always lose weight faster than girls. But.. my mom does have the advantage of working out at work whenever she wants.. so- its hard to say.

Anywho.. I decided to quit nursing today and we'll see how this goes. Ugh! I can already tell that tomorrow will be a day from hell. I better wear a black shirt and thats for sure.. Haha..

So.. on Friday we had a birthday party for my grandpa... and the ENTIRE family was up! That doesnt happen often. It was a really good time- we had pics taken and hopefully I'll be able to add them soon. Kadence napped that day at 9 am for only 45 minutes and didnt sleep until about 830 pm that night! What a trooper! Didnt even throw a fit.. WOW! BUUUUTTTT.... today on the other hand- we experienced our first full-out HISSY FIT! Holy cow.. that girl has a set of lungs on her! She gets SO angry when David tells her 'NO'.. and she definately needed a nap- but she was literally striaght up freaking out! Heehee. Me and David were laughing- we couldnt help it! I'm not looking forward to these teenage years! Ha. Thats if she's anything like I was! Ugh! ...

My first blog EVER..

So.. I figured I should join society and start up a blog myself. I have enough things going on in my life right now- I could probably write everyday- all day! :0)
My 3rd wedding anniversary will be coming up here on the 31st, Davids 26th birthday is on the 28th and Kadence will be turning one on September 5th! Wow! How did this happen? I've been incredibly stressed lately thinking of all of this. Ive also been working 5 days straight a week and not to mention how HOT its been. I actually have been having dizzy spells and weird vision going on- so I hit up the doctor yesterday and he told me that I need to cut back on work and just CHILL. I dont know if I can. Ha! It so hard to relax especially chasing an almost one year old around! Ugh. She's just non-stop!
